wah! i cooked bak kut teh few weeks ago, a friend's friend from HK happen to visit SG so he got the chance to tried my bak kut teh! haha! he either being nice or sincere said mine r nicer than those sold at HK restaurant! was it tat bad those selling in HK?

those sold in HK taste a bit mild (my opinion). it's like they never put enough ingredients...
